We’ll find out what you need, discuss what you’re hoping to achieve and agree upon a deadline for when you’ll receive it.
We’ll review your project and check that we have capacity to meet your deadline. You’ll get an answer within 30 minutes of our initial discussion.
We’ll decide how best to approach the job and get started. That may involve writing copy, design, research and speaking with subject matter experts.
Just because we’re fast, doesn’t mean that we compromise on quality. All work will go through a strict proofing stage just like any other piece of creative.
You review the first draft and feed back any changes or comments.
If any changes are required, we’ll set about these with the same urgency – perfecting a piece shouldn’t hold the project back.
We’ll send you the final files and/or work with our print partners to arrange printing where necessary.
